How do I place an order? ~BE ADorned Jewelry is available online at my Etsy shop. Find the item. Add it to your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, proceed to the checkout. What are your methods of payment? ~Online credit card payments are processed via Paypal. Paypal is the safest way to send money online. When you use Paypal you do not have to be a Paypal member. ~Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express can be used for faxed orders. ~Money orders are also accepted to US customers. Please make money orders payable to BE ADorned, 108 McAvoy Rd., Newport, WA 99156. I am not a Paypal member, can I still pay by credit card? ~Yes, you can still pay me without having a Paypal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page at checkout where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account. Do you sell gift certificates? ~Yes. Gift certificates are available via Paypal. These can be purchased on the Gift Certificate page. Do you offer discounts? ~Yes. I offer periodic discounts to retail customers who are on BE ADorned's mailing list. To join the mailing list please see the Mailing List page. Do you sell wholesale? ~All prices listed on my Etsy store are wholesale prices and are available to the public. If you are a retail store I can work with you to create a line just right for your business. All my designs are handmade using semiprecious gemstones, other natural materials and sterling silver. How does the free shipping work? ~You will not be charged a shipping cost at checkout. How soon will I get my order? ~All orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is recieved. What carriers do you use for shipping? ~Small orders are shipped First Class via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Larger orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS. Do you accept returns? Yes. All orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions: ~All items must be in their original, unused condition. ~Shipping costs are not refunable. ~If the item being returned was received as a gift, an exchange equaling 100% of the sale price may be allowed.
